By joining this group I am acknowledging that I am capable of navigating the meetup group, will keep up to date with announcements.

In this group I share my upcoming travel plans, and welcome other women to join me.
Ladies in the group wear fragrances, scented hairsprays, wash dry clothes with scented products, if you are sensitive to any of there this is not the group for you, however we do ask those traveling with the group to do so in moderation.
Be sure you are physically able to attend, it's up to you to check with your doctor on your physical capabilities and what shots vaccinations you may require for the destination you are traveling to.  YOU will be required to carry your own luggage, walk on your own, climb stairs when necessary, etc., other travelers will not be able to help you.  Please be able to keep the pace of the tour director and be able to navigate getting to and from the airport and gates, switching planes and terminals and collecting your luggage, on your own.

I rather travel with a group of women who may share the same interest as me, form friendships and visit beautiful destinations.  It sure beats going solo and it's safer and much more fun.

I've had wonderful, fun-loving ladies join me, most tend to share similar interest and looking forward to new friendships. It's fun to make some new friendships, share some laughter and stories and create some new memories along the way.  I enjoy the camaraderie and security of being with a group of women and have developed friendships that will last a lifetime. Some ladies travel with friends and wish to enjoy this experience with their close friend, for others they may be coming solo looking to make friends along the way. It is your responsibility to reach out to members and be social and approachable:)
The trouble with traveling solo is the outrageous single room charge, with a group of ladies, chances are you can probably find someone else that might want to join us that is also coming alone! With that being said there may be circumstances in which your roommate may have to cancel and know insurance doesn't cover upcharge to a single for the roommate. Know you are at risk that this may happen when taking on a roommate. Know you are responsible for filling the spot, we will try to help you but you solely are responsible for filling the spot. Know there is always that risk when taking on a roommate, you acknowledge that in signing up for the trips.
Please be 21 years of age. I have found that when traveling I end up mingling with all various age groups and sometimes have had the best time with girls in their 20’s and the next day with ladies in their 60’s and 70’s. Net, net age is not important.
When traveling we ask everyone to be respectful to others traveling with us. Being disrespectful is grounds for immediate removal.  Please be drama free, no Debbie downers and drama queens.

We may on occasion welcome couples to travel with the group - this will usually take place when we offer a second week (if first week sold out quickly and ladies asked for a second week), or if trip would end up being a shared group if we didn't hit a certain number, because in this case the tour company would fill those spots, and we would rather have local to us, or a member bring their spouse.

If you have an issue or concern while we are traveling, please reach out to me, while on tour, rather when we get home, I can address it while on tour, when we arrive home it's too late.
If you required personal services (such as pushing a wheelchair, assisting with walking, and baggage etc.)  for walking, dining, getting on and off coaches, cruise ships, and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion should accompany you if you need such assistance.  It is your responsibility to get to the airport gate and collect your own baggage. If your luggage is damaged or misplaced by the airline, it is your responsibility to file claims and report such damage or missing luggage to airline.

This is a private group and the organizer can remove you from the group at her discretion.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to the attention of the travel agent any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.

Prior to booking international travel, it is recommended that you review any U.S. Government’s prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. Because I travel or by posting travel to any particular destination, I do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk.
U.S. Citizens should refer to the travel advice posted by the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov for all the countries you intend to visit. Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary. You are responsible for checking in with your doctor to make sure you have all required shots for destinations you are traveling to. You can check with the CDC and read about the destination you will be traveling to and their recommendations.
By joining the group you are in agreement that you may be included in photographs taken on location during trips and that these pictures may be shared on social media.
Indemnity Agreement: By joining our meetup group you agree to hold the Women's Travel Group and its vendors and Organizers free from liability or responsibility whatsoever with regard to any negligent or intentional conduct of any third party including but not limited to Tour Company, Property Owners, etc. resulting in the loss of personal property, physical injury, monetary loss with regard to an event/meetup. In joining this meetup and signing up or paying or attending any of our listed tours you are in agreement to the above. If you rsvp adding a guest/s to an event they are also subject to the same Indemnity Agreement.
I AM ALSO POSTING MEETUPS RELEASE CLAUSE, IN JOINING WOMEN'S TRAVEL GROUP YOU ALSO AGREE TO MEETUPS RELEASE AS FOLLOWS: Release. Because we do not supervise or control the Meetup Group  Meetings or interactions among or between members of Meetup Groups or Meetup Every where's and other persons or companies, and because we are not involved in any way with physical transportation to or from Meetup Meetings or with the actions of any individuals at Meetup Meetings, and because we do not control Amazon.com, PayPal, credit card companies or other payment processing companies, and because we cannot guarantee the true identity, age, 3.3(b) (Meetup Everywhere Fees; New Meetup Everywhere Activation Fees), nationality of Platform users, and because we have very limited control, if any, over the quality, safety, morality, legality, truthfulness or accuracy of various aspects of the Platform you agree that you bear all risk and you agree to release us (and our officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and third party partners) and Organizers and Creators or Hosts and their designee's from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, now and in the future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your Third Party Transactions, our resolution of any disputes among users, and/or your transportation to or from, attendance at, or the actions of you or other persons at, a Meetup Gathering. You further waive any and all rights and benefits otherwise conferred by any statutory or non-statutory law of any jurisdiction that would purport to limit the scope of a release or waiver. You waive and relinquish all rights and benefits which you have or may have under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of Massachusetts or any similar provision of the statutory or non-statutory law of any other jurisdiction (including without limitation the states of all states) to the full extent that you may lawfully waive all such rights and benefits.
