What we’re about
Important: As this group is mainly for women writers in the New York Tristate Area, I’m the sole organizer, and it’s growing at quite a rapid rate, I’m having to be more selective when it comes to requests to join. Before requesting, be sure your location is correct, you have a profile picture, and your name is listed on your page.
A writing group for women writers of all genres and mediums! Meetings would be monthly and in-person, at someone's home or local cafe. We’ve also start Zoom meetings!
Structure:
Usual meetings: Thirty minutes of socializing, an hour of writing, then whoever wants to share their work will have five minutes to read aloud, with a two minute group critique/comments to follow!
Write & Sip: Fifteen minutes of chatting, followed by an hour of writing.
