On Sundays we will focus only on Qigong, or better to say correctly: Dao Yin or Tao Yin,

while Saturday class will be more for Chen Taijiquan (tai chi chuan) practice. For those who are interested in both: it is a great combination, while for some it can be one choice. I feel that 2 hour class is not enough to cover both disciplines.
We will start in this class review of previously learned Dao Yin forms:
Ba Duan Jin (8 pieces of brocade) with additional variations and continue to advanced form of this qigong.

We will review "6 healing sounds qigong" and continue to an advanced stage

We will learn Yi Jin Jing (rare version of this famous Tendons-Muscles Changing qigong):

We will also learn seated form of similar to Ba Duan Jin qigong: Shi Er Duan Jin (great for stretching body before seated meditative practice, very similar to yoga practice)
And of course Standing Still qigong (standing as a tree, standing as a post) Zhan Zhuang qigong (one of the most powerful for building up your inner power, will power, strong and calm spirit and many more)
