Tiffany has embraced the education and mentorship offered here at WOW Property Women, adopting a "whatever it takes" attitude and begun turning her dream of becoming a full-time property investor into a reality.
Today, Tiffany is on her way to completing her first significant project: a thoughtfully designed 5-townhouse development in Cooroy. She strategically acquired this project at under-market value and has carefully tailored every aspect to serve her target market, planning each stage to maximize return while managing risks. This venture is a testament to Tiffany's resilience, vision, and commitment.
Balancing a full-time job as a project coordinator, raising two young children, and dedicating countless hours to market research, feasibility assessments, and renovation work, Tiffany has shown what it means to go above and beyond in pursuit of one’s goals.
Her story is one of dedication, sacrifice, and strategic planning, proving that with the right mindset and support, anything is possible. We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and can't wait to see her continued success inspire others on their journey to property investment.
