W.O.W. Walker 4 mile Walk (World of Wonder Walkers)

PLEASE NOTICE WHERE WE MEET!!! We meet in the parking lot of the Schertz YMCA AQUATICS Parking Lot that is shared with Schertz Senior Center over by the Veteran’s Memorial Plaza. Look for the Red Jeep with WOW JEEP plates that is parked by Schertz Parkway. That’s where you’ll find ME, Kristen Teeter!!

Hey! Wednesday means a 4 mile morning!! We leave promptly at 6:30am for our 4 mile walk. We start in the parking lot, walk down to Paschal Elementary School, turn around and walk down to the RR Tracks at FM78, turn around and head back to the parking lot. We do all of our walking on the north side of Schertz Parkway (the sidewalks are wider and easier to talk to one another).

We have all speeds. You can join us for the whole walk or just part of the walk.

We start in the YMCA Aquatics parking lot, walk down to I35, then back down to RR tracks and back to the parking lot (6 miles) . Then we finish off walking back down to Woodland Oaks Drive and back to parking lot (2.5 miles).

Make sure to bring Hydration!! You might consider some kind of snack, depending on your comfort level.

Make sure to check out all of our other walks. All walking levels are welcome. Men, women, strollers, fur babies...everyone is welcome!! The point is to get out there and move and groove.
