Certified sound practitioners Rich Bertman and Jennifer Morris will lead a 1-hr sound session Sunday morning at 11:00 AM. This session is perfect for those seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and introspection.

Jenn and Rich will start with a brief overview of sound therapy and its therapeutic benefits, followed by a 35-minute live sound bath meditation that includes 15+ quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments. The session concludes with a 10-minute time to relax and reflect for participants to process their experience and prepare for the day ahead.
