With over 10 years in IT, she has worked on projects ranging from startups to large-scale commercial ventures, advancing from QA Engineer to Senior Project Manager. She values transparency as a key to building trust and optimizing processes. Over the past decade, she's used tools like Jira and Confluence to support this principle and drive success.
Transparency is essential for effective teamwork, but it often comes with challenges in Agile projects. In this session, I will share real cases from my projects of transparency issues I've faced and the solutions that worked for my teams. We'll also discuss best practices to keep Jira clean, organized, and aligned with transparency goals.

Skuteczne wdrażanie i utrzymywanie przy życiu firmowych wartości wydaje się rzeczą niebanalną. Jeśli dodać do tego chęć doceniania i nagradzania wszystkich naszych pracowników brzmi jak ,,magiczne zaklęcie" które w środowisku pracy bardzo rzadko ma rację bytu. A jednak, kilka miesięcy temu udało nam się połączyć trzy kluczowe czynniki naszej kultury organizacyjnej: firmowe wartości, pozytywny i systematyczny feedback oraz chęć doceniania każdego pracownika za jego pracę i inicjatywę w jednej system motywacyjny ,,Made My Day". Nasze odkrycie pokazało, że wszyscy, jeśli tylko nie jesteśmy do tego zmuszeni, mamy w sobie naturalną potrzebę wyrażania wdzięczności. Cały proces jest możliwy dzięki użyciu Jira Service Management oraz Slacka.
