Would you provide your MOBILE when booking to play at this meetup. Organising a piano meetup has to be done with care and attention to detail, especially timings, so there is some communication prior to each event, which can be done more quickly and simply by text message. Thanks!

PLAYING TIME
Pianists play for the standard 8 minutes at a cost of £10.
EVENT RUNNING TIME
This Xmas playthrough will be 3 hours as it will include players + an interval + socialising afterwards.
PRE-EVENT ACCESS TO TRY OUT THE PIANO
Prior to every publicised START TIME is a half-hour period when you may, if you wish, try out the piano or run through your whole piece, depending on how many other people are also waiting to do the same.

BOOKINGS PROCESS
PAYMENT UPON BOOKING IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR SLOT!
When you RSVP, please PAY immediately otherwise your name will be removed from the list of players. Sorry - 'tis necessary.
CARD PAYMENTS
Bookings are made from The Red Hedgehog website through SUMUP (who add a modest 50p fee per booking).
