Junior and I are going to be hosting a monthly walk at Heaton Park for all YAMS and their dogs. You don’t have to have a dog to join us, but this will be the one event where everyone’s pooch is welcome.
We’ll do different routes each time but we’ll finish near a cafe for those of you who want to stay on for a drink and cake. Feel free to bring your yarn for this bit if you want. Please wear sensible footwear.
If you’re coming by car, the closest car park is accessible from St Margaret’s Road, M25 2SW. Go past the first car park in your left and follow the road up the hill to the car park near the playground (it is pay and display). The hall is a little further down on your left
If you’re coming by bus or tram, get off at Heaton Park Metrolink station and enter the park by the gates acros the road. Walk straight down the hill to the bottom then turn left. Walk up the hill and the hall is on your right
