We start the Redhill Rail Trail from Bushland Reserve, following the path of a short-lived local railway, passing lush private gardens, vineyards and through tall patches of pine forest. The trail takes an uphill turn to a viewing platform for a glimpse of Western Port & The Nobbies on a clear day and then down towards Station Ground Nature Reserve. We will stop for lunch at Merricks General Wine Store for a well-deserved lunch before heading back the way we came. This is designed to be a relaxing social walk
