Twin Creek Metropark (8.1 miles)

Hello everyone! Planning to do a hike at the Twin Creek Metropark. This is the other big park (in addition to Germantown) for the TVT Challenge (a 30 mile hike around/through both parks, held in June). This hike is part of preparing for the TVT, but this hike is open for all!

Plan is to do the Orange and Purple trail for 8.1 miles. Around 3 mph. Feel free to do an out and back if you are interested in a shorter hike. Bring some water! There is some elevation, so be warned (but you should come out anyways, because you enjoy challenges).

We are meeting at 9688 Eby Road at the HighView lot.

NOTE: I've put the event to start at around 9:45 am (odds are it will start closer to 9:50/9:55), and I've made it end at about 12:30pm. Odds are we won't take that long, but we may take some short breaks and stops if needed.
