Where: Fawkner Park, South Yarra
What to bring: No fancy yoga clothes or spiritual vibe required — Just bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water and leave feeling more relaxed and grounded.
What will happen:
We will meet in Fawkner Park for a 1-hour session of:
- Yoga Slow Flow: A relaxed, easy-paced yoga session designed for all levels. This flow helps improve flexibility, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance.
- Guided Meditation: A soothing meditation to quiet the mind and deepen your relaxation.
- Community Connection: An opportunity to stay and connect with fellow participants. Perhaps wander to a nearby cafe for a coffee...!
Cost: Free/By Donation
The honesty-based, pay-as-you-feel donation model ensures yoga and community connection is accessible to all.
$10 covers the cost of the day - anything greater than this covers our efforts and also helps keep the group going and available to all who need it.
