💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your yoga practice.

💛ITINERARY:
9:00 am~ Yoga Class begins.
10:00 ~ Crystal bowl sound healing meditation.

💛WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.

💜 Class Fee: $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo
