Welcome to GENTLE YOGA. We’lll do a bit of deep stretching, some wonderful deep breathing, and just a little gentle flow for a lovely practice that will enhance our sense of well-being and vitality as we stretch and strengthen our body, and by connecting to our breath we calm the nervous system, reduce stress and increase our resistance to illness.
