The teacher will demonstrate the poses and give clear directions with modifications for all levels, and newbies to enjoy.
Class duration, 75+ minutes.
After class, give extra time to enjoy the ocean.
This is a beautiful wide open area of the beach, very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all.
