Yoga for Men who might not think yoga is for them.
This class is ideal for beginners and also offers the chance to challenge yourself in a fun and healthy way.
Everyone with a basic level of fitness is welcome.
Featuring a mix of flowing sequences and static postures, the instructions are clear and straightforward, with no Sanskrit or chanting.
The focus is on the poses (asanas) and their alignments, connecting your breath to your body, and developing strength, balance, and flexibility. It's the perfect way to rediscover your body and deepen your self-connection.
It's Also a great way to make new friends.
