Come to Jason's super fun yoga classes Monday and Wednesday 6:00p at Big Love Yoga Barn. Also every Wednesdays Yoga + Acro 6:00-8:30 at Veterans Park (Central Ave)
Intuitive Yoga Flow is a fun moderate paced fun flow different every class. The class is co-created by the energy and skills of each yogi that show up to play.
As in all my classes tapping into your youthful, playful inner spirit is encouraged. Big Love.
