This is an ONLINE class to enjoy in the comfort of your own home, so you need to pre-register in advance on Zoom for this particular class, by clicking the 'Online Event' link, which is provided once you click on 'RSVP'.

You'll then receive the Zoom Join Meeting link in a confirmation email.

Give yourself the bliss of winding down at the end of the week with the deep physical and mental relaxation experienced in Yoga Nidra.

This technique involves lying comfortably on the floor or a bed/couch for a slow guided deep relaxation with body scan, breath absorption and an intention-setting resolve. We finish with a short peaceful seated meditation.

Suitable for all – particularly recommended for those who are stressed, in a healing process, or recovering from illness.

• First class: FREE
• Drop-in: £10 | £8 conc.
• 6 classes: £50 | £40 conc.

After your first free class, Ganga will email you with bank details or PayPal link to pay for future classes.

But if you can't afford the fees, get in touch, come anyway and pay what you can!
