Alka Kaminer is the co-organizer of this group and co-founder of the Present Wisdom, she teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Learn more about Alka and the Present Wisdom.
Our intention is to provide learning and practice opportunities in yoga and meditation, especially ones that are accessible online for health safety. The group will also share events by experienced and dedicated teachers, including Lawrence Edwards and the Anam Cara Meditation Foundation.
