Breathwork and Soundbath with Kimiko and Rob *NEW TIME **4:00pm**

Rob and and Kimiko offer a unique experience of Somatic Breathwork utilizing singing bowls, drums, and various musical elements. Rob is a healer and holds space for many various sacred ceremonies. Kimiko is a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience. They both are trained in Somatic Breathwork and have a passion to hold a safe space for individuals to free any stuck places one may feel within their body, mind, and spirit.

You can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat and/or towel
• Blanket and/or dress warm (It can get cold in the evenings around this time on the beach)
• Water
• Meditation cushion or rolled up towel (optional)
