Join us for a sunset session and get your weekend started on the right foot. All levels vinyasa practice with plenty of options to adjust the intensity.
Jaideep is a 200hr ryt with three years of professional yoga experience.
I love to teach on the sand and I tune our beach practice towards welcoming the natural sensory experience. I’m fond of poetry and will read some during our time together, if the vibe is right :). Please bring any poetry you’d like to share!
Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers (the beach can get a bit chilly in the evenings).
