Gentle Yoga With Sarah **9am**

Join Sarah Thursday’s at 9am for a soothing Gentle Yoga class at Tower 14 in HB.

The majority of class will consist of restorative seated, supine and prone poses with a combination of gentle flow movement.
If Vinyasa is too fast- paced and Yin is a bit too slow, then this Gentle Yoga class is perfect for you!
