Join us Saturday’s at 8:30am for a relaxing Yin/ Gentle Yoga class at Tower 14 in HB.
Allow Rachel to guide you with love and awareness through a Yin class that is a gentle and nourishing flow. Its slow pace is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis who need a nice deep stretch.
Yin yoga is an opportunity to go deeper into your body. After a warm up of gentle movements, She will guide you through a sequence of static postures that will be held from 3-5 minutes. This hold allows us to get into the deepest layer of our muscles, the connective tissue. Finding a deep release, freedom within your body, and a connection to mother earth are just some of the many benefits of this practice. Leave feeling refreshed, peaceful, and grounded.

Bring a mat, water, and dress in layers for changing weather. We are on the left side of the tower.
