What we’re about
Slow Flow with inspirations from various yoga styles. Outdoor practice so consider wearing sleeves since it's getting colder in the evenings. Arrive on the North lawn of the Children's Museum 5:30 class begins at 6pm. DJ and equipment provided by LucidLizardEnt for a vibey/electronic soundtrack during practice. Live instrumentation is sometimes included via singing bowls, drums, stringed instruments (brought by attendees). Class is free and we happily accept donations!
