💛WHAT TO EXPECT: Spectacular San Diego city, Bay and Ocean views during this all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement, leaving you feeling Amazing!

💛ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your yoga practice. Modifications and variations will be demonstrated.

💲CLASS FEE = $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo

💛 YOGA CLASS ITINERARY:
9:00 am~ Class begins.
10:00-10:15~ Sound Healing.

💛WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.

💛PARKING: Plenty of street parking.
