💙WHAT TO EXPECT: An all-levels vinyasa style yoga flow format that weaves breath with movement at one of San Diego's most beautiful locations!

💙ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME: You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and to modify as needed to stay true to yourself and your yoga practice.

💲 YOGA CLASS FEE: CASH $15 CASH preferred, or Venmo

💙ITINERARY:
10:00-11:00 am~ Yoga class begins.
11:00-11:15 am~ Crystal Singing bowl meditation with optional aromatherapy.

💙WHAT TO BRING:
*Yoga mat or large towel.
*Sunscreen.
*Water.
