FOR SUCCESFUL AGING

As there is a science and technology to create external well-being, there is a whole dimension since and technology for inner well-being - and that is yoga! Increase your vitality, resiliency, physical strength and flexibility, energy, stabilize your mind, calm your emotions and find joy in your life. Yoga practice will help you manage your energy, sleep better, eat better, have better relationships and help you to feel more ease and happiness in your life. This is the promise of yoga.

My classes are held every Monday and Wednesday mornings in Eastbluff, Newport Beach, at 10am-11:15am. They are donation based. Classes are gentle and appropriate for the perfect beginner, or strong practitioner.

Classes are breath centric, and adapted to your needs, age, lifestyle, and condition. I am a yoga teacher and yoga therapist certified through International Association of Yoga Therapy. I teach all ages but partiucaly focus on seniors (ages 55-105). Poses are adapted for your individual need. We practice poses to increase strength, flexibility, ROM, balance, focus, and concentration. The breath work increases vitality and health of all your systems; cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, immune, and digestive. Class is followed by meditation to help stabilize the mind and emotions, and bring one to state of inner light and joy.

Please bring a mat, a smile, and an open curious mind. You deserve to be healthy, happy, and whole. An added benefit of these classes is that you will meet some very nice people.
