Come and Join the fun while increasing your health and wellness.
Classes are gentle and improve balance, strength/flexibility, increased mobility, reduction of anxiety and depression, improve sleep, enhanced energy and breathing, relaxation and joy. Please join and increase your overall wellness, resiliency, and health.

Perfect therapeutic class for beginners or intermediate students. All ages and stages welcome. I adapt poses to meet your needs. I have students age 25 to 95...it is never to late to start practicing yoga!

Classes include 50 minutes of gentle breath and movement, followed by 10-15 minutes of breathing, guided meditation, and deep relaxation to restore and renew!

Classes are donation based; no obligation to pay.
