This group is for those in and around Lebanon, TN who are looking for a chance to get outside and practice yoga among the sounds, sights, and sensations nature has to offer.

Pairing yoga with nature creates such a powerful experience for you to unwind from the chaos of daily life and feel more connected to yourself, others, and your surroundings. It’s truly the perfect way to start off the morning feeling calm and energized, or the ultimate de-stressor at the end of a long day.
You’ll experience aspects of hatha, vinyasa, and viniyoga, with classes designed to encourage self-awareness through conscious breath and body connection by both flowing gently through asana sequences and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. And if Mama Nature is feeling up to it, you’ll experience the feeling of a soft breeze, the sight of a colorful sunset, or the sounds of birds as they sing among the trees. Talk about relaxing!
My goal is to create opportunities for you to get outdoors and practice with like-minded nature and yoga lovers, and guide you in cultivating a deeper body, breath, and mind connection.
I’ll be looking for unique and fun locations for us to do this together!

Join us as we transform this groovy grocery boutique into the perfect cozy, chill space for a mindful and relaxing yoga practice. During our time together, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings.
Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll focus on developing conscious body and breath connection throughout your practice by both flowing gently through asana sequences and exploring static poses through nuanced movements. We’ll explore moments of mindfulness, taking advantage of the sights, sounds, and sensations that our surroundings have to offer.
As we move and settle into various postures, you’ll be presented with variations when appropriate, allowing you to decide what feels best in your body and whether you need to find more ease or a deeper challenge today.
