Join this workshop to gain more insight about what yoga truly is! We will be discuss and practice each limb in class. You will be sent home with a little packet of what we went over and practiced in class, so you can reference the 8-Limbs whenever you want!

There are 8 different limbs that make up the word Yoga aka Union:
Yamas (abstinences)
Niyama (observances)
Asana (yoga postures)
Pranayama (breath control)
Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses)
Dharana (concentration)
Dhyana (meditation)
Samadhi (absorption)

Every single limb brings enriching harmony into our lives. Most Western yoga classes only teach asana (yoga postures) to bring us into a state where we can fully focus on the present - dhyana (meditation). Imagine the benefits of using more than just two of the eight limbs of yoga! ❤️
