Sound Healing Yoga Flow

This class incorporates slow relaxing yoga mixed with a little bit of slightly faster paced yoga. There will be sound healing instruments tied into each class, such as crystal quartz sound bowls. These specific bowls are tuned to 432hz (which is a healing, grounding and stress relieving frequency).
