Gentle/Therapeutic Yoga is a great class for those just starting yoga or limited in flexibility or strength. Class is focused on relaxing, releasing stiff muscles, and moving in a slower meditative pace. Yoga therapeutics will be shown for modifying yoga poses due to bad backs, knees, shoulders, etc,. This class focuses on the basics and will give you a great foundation if you are just starting or coming back to yoga after many years. You must be able to get up and down from the floor on your own to participate.

Cost: $154 for 7-Part series
