🍂It's time to rest in long held supported yoga poses that rejuvenate both body and spirit using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to help you fully rest and let go of tensions.
🍂Autumn begins the descent of nature towards rest, reflection, and letting go. When we align ourselves with the energy of the season we will feel more attuned to our deepest selves and more balanced in mind and body!
