Qigong is a system of self-healing exercises that includes posture, movement, self massage, breathing techniques and meditation.
We meet every Saturday morning within Hatcher Gardens, just past the pond to the right at an enclave called the Garden of Hope and Healing.
Class starts at 9:00am and goes ahead every week unless a weather advisory alerts us to stay home.
The exercises are very gentle, suitable for all ages and free of cost.
Wear comfortable clothing and no yoga mat required.
