Join us for an integrative yoga experience combining movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to bring balance to both body and mind.
These small, beginner-friendly classes are designed to nurture your well-being, whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for a while.
Date and time: Tuesdays from 19:15-20:45 at Agora studio near Kálvin tér in downtown Budapest.
What to expect:
- Warm-ups and yoga postures: a series of poses to warm-up, tone, stretch, and open the body.
- Mindfulness meditation: guided meditation to centre your mind and connect inward.
- Breathwork and deep relaxation: restore calm and balance with mindful breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
- Personal attention: class is limited to 8 participants for an intimate, supportive environment.
Registration is required to secure your spot at least 4 hours before the class. Spaces are limited to eight.
Class fee: 4500HUF for one session or 4000HUF with a pass of 4 classes available on Eszter's website.

About the instructor:
Eszter Farkas is a yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher with over a decade of experience. Her soulful vinyasa classes are creative, gentle yet strong, and focused on creating space in both the body and mind.
