WHO IS THIS FOR?
Ideal for complete beginners seeking to benefit from mindfulness meditation and also suitable for meditators wanting to deepen their practice in community with others.
WHAT SHALL I EXPECT?
- Each class takes 90 minutes, combining theory, practice, and Questions and Answers.
- Classes take place on Wednesdays between 18:30 and 20:00, from 8 January to 12 March (self practice on 5 and 12 February).
- Location: near the Opera house in downtown Budapest
- The course is limited to 8 people to create an intimate and safe atmosphere for personal inquiry.
- The course fee includes seven 90-minute live sessions, detailed email handouts, and audio recordings.
