We will explore multiple embodied explorations that create the conditions needed for profound relaxation, increased body awareness and mind-body connectivity.
The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care format that uses Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
The workshop is a combination of bodywork, yoga and innovative movements you will learn specialised massage ball rolling techniques that penetrate into common tension areas around the shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back, abdomen and pelvis.
Massageballs and equipment will be provided in the workshop.
