Join me for a cozy gathering of Yin Yoga, Meditations, Viking Bath, Nordic Sauna, icebath, hot tubs, followed by hot drinks and cake in Newquay, Cornwall. £39

Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Yin Yoga and find deep relaxation through meditation.

Afterwards, indulge in the invigorating Viking Bath experience for 1 hour. Unwind and relax in the nordic sauna and hot tubs at Saunassa. For the brave, take a dip in the icebaths.
