Name: Backpacking the Finger Lakes Trail: Interloken Loop

The Interloken Trail is a branch trail of the Finger Lakes Trail, and is located between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes.
It falls entirely within the Finger Lakes National Forest.

Using this trail and some additional trails, we’ll hike a loop of approximately 25 miles over two days. We’ll camp at the Dunham Shelter on the FLT on Saturday night. Come prepared for winter conditions.
