Practicing Meditation - Aurora Library

We all desire to be peaceful and happy. We can achieve this through the time-honored process of meditation. In our classes, learn 3 forms of meditation focusing on transcendental sounds known as mantras that you will be able to practice on your own or with others. These mantras have the wonderful effect of purifying your mind of negative thoughts and emotions. You are very welcome to participate, whether you're a beginner or long-time practitioner. In accordance with ancient yoga traditions all of our meditation classes are given free of charge.
These one-hour sessions are held once a month in person. Registration in advance is required to attend. Please register through the Aurora Library:
