Weekly 🧠 Check-In!
One of the characteristics of ADHD is feeling like we're constantly falling into the same traps that keep us from achieving the things we want. Part of the reason why is that we might fixate on what we didn't do well and completely overlook what we did that was productive and helped us push forward.

If we don't make the time to consider how we've performed, we can easily end up feeling like each day is a repeat of yesterday. That also means we're not regularly reflecting on and congratulating ourselves for things we've done well.

A weekly review is so important when you have ADHD!
A weekly review can be enlightening, empowering, and a great way to help us and our ADHD brains reach our full potential.

Reviewing your week might sound tedious and time-consuming, and if you've never done it, it can seem intimidating. Hopefully, doing a weekly group check-in will remove some of the stress.

We're keeping our check-ins super ADHD-friendly. Ask yourself four questions:

  1. What's one thing that worked this week?
  2. What's one thing that didn't work this week?
  3. What's one thing I learned?
  4. How am I going to do better this week?

Bonus questions:

  1. What can I ask somebody for help with this week?
  2. How can I help someone this week?

Let's help each other keep doing the things that worked and help one another improve on the things that didn't. We're all in this together! 🤝

*I reserved 1.5 hours so people don't feel rushed, but let's face it...we're an ADHD group...we're probably going to go over time anyway! 😄
**You don't have to stay the whole time.
