Ice Skating at the Edgewater

Join us ice skating at the Edgewater Ice Rink! We will try to reserve a firepit as well. If it is raining, we can go inside the Edgewater to Augie's Tavern to hang out.

5. Meeting spot: TBD and will post the spot as the date gets closer.

Who is invited to attend
1. Anyone over the age of 18.
2. Anyone who identifies as an adoptee (person who is adopted). If you also identify as other parts of the adoption triad (adoptee guardian, first/ birth family) you are still welcome to join, but please center your adoptee experiences in this space.

Safe space norms
1. Don't be a bigot (Racist, sexist, transphobic, etc). Those who do not comply will be asked to leave events/ the group.
2. Enter the space with an open mind as this is a group of highly varied experiences.
3. This is not a space with/ for professional healthcare.
4. If you see or experience any discriminatory behavior, please alert a group organizer.

Event Agenda

c) reminder that we are taking donations of cash or through Sarah's Venmo.
i. Money goes to meetup charge for having the group, $178.99 charged twice per year (October and April)
ii. So far, $10 has been raised for this cycle

c) are there any sensitive topics you would like to avoid or note as specifically sensitive? (if you are uncomfortable during the meeting, feel free to message the event coordinator before meeting time)
