We are offering this workshop providing essential tips and resources for managing your personal finances in Sweden. Through group activities, insightful discussions, and a hands-on financial literacy session, you'll gain practical knowledge and make valuable connections with fellow expats.

We're a group of expats, just like you—people who have taken the leap to start a new life in Sweden. We've faced the same challenges, experienced the ups and downs, learned a lot the hard way and now we want to share our journey with you to make yours easier. [10:45 - 12:30] Personal Finance 101 Workshop will help you:
- Understand your financial life better by calculating your YEF's Financial Score.
- Understand basic concepts like: managing monthly income/expense, assets vs liabilities, compound interest, saving & investing and a lot more.
- Have a clear step by step guide on how to best use your money today by using YEF's Golden Path.
- Understand Sweden-specific concepts and get suggestions about: ISK, KF and savings accounts, pension, long term savings, etc.
- Have a clear method to evaluate the question: “Can I afford this?”
[12:30 - 13:00] You can stick around and ask any questions you have about finances or anything else in your expat journey, we are more than happy to share anything we have learned 🙂
