ABOUT Comming Gatherings Topics
Recently, I’ve been reflecting on life and the importance of family, community, and living with intention. Life’s challenges often remind us of what truly matters. I’d love for us to share thoughts on resilience, connection, and the values that guide us.

Reading materials:

At the reading article 2, the author suggests that death is teaching us to:
01.Recognise that life is impermanent
02.Death teaches us to prioritise what matters
03.Death teaches us about gratitude
04.Death is also teaching us to embrace the present
05.Death teaches us about compassion and empathy
06.Death invites us to let go of fear

Discussion Questions for Session One:
1.The passage suggests that embracing death can help us live more positively. Do you agree? Why or why not?
2.One of the meditation lessons I learnt is to hold a thought of thaqt we may die today. How can reflecting on
our mortality inspire us to live a life with purpose and avoid regrets?
3.In what ways does death strengthen or deepen our relationships with others?
4.How might an awareness of life’s impermanence change the way we pursue our goals or define success?

Discussion Questions for Session Two:
5.What role does love play in helping us cope with loss, and how can we show more love to those around us in daily life?
6.What are small ways to support ourselves or others when facing loss?
7.What values or goals guide how you want to live? How does thinking about what matters most shape daily choices?
8.Are there any ways you can use to teach yourself or your beloved ones to let go of things?
