Swimmers session Advanced Level

For those swimmers who are comfortable in deep water, swim several lanes without getting exhausted, this class is a good match.

Swimmers can obtain an ABC swim diploma or just work on their stamina. Group hold max 5 swimmers per coach.

In our most advanced-level lessons, swimmers continue improving technique in all four strokes plus learning the butterfly stroke. Swimmers get stronger and more fit well all strokes become most efficient, smoothest, and fastest. The general objective is to swim 250m nonstop.
