Welcome to our Zen meditation meetup in the heart of Schiedam, where we create a tranquil space to explore mindfulness, inner calm, and balance. Whether you're a complete beginner or have experience with meditation, our sessions are designed to guide you through the essentials of Zen practice, including breathing techniques, seated meditation (zazen), and mindfulness exercises.
