Cozy up for a restorative, 1 hour sound bath before our hot chocolate social! Make new friends and celebrate the season in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Bring yoga mat, a small throw blanket & pillow or rolled towel, eye mask optional. Contraindications: pacemakers, high-risk pregnancy, unhealed surgery site that includes screws into bone. Hearing aids removed during sound bath; you will still receive all the health benefits!
