This is a total-body Barre class combining powerful compound movements, using high reps and low weight to bring your muscles to absolute fatigue, giving your body a healthy, satisfying burn, targeting every major muscle group. Build deep strength in every major muscle group through repetition, endurance, and small-range movements and improve stability, mobility, and function in the stabilising muscles. Finish up by relaxing and deeply stretching your lower back, hips, and legs.
