This week we'll do "The Non Stop", distance-based intervals with active recovery: 7x(750m plus 250m of active recovery).

We meet in front of the lockers in Oerlikon Banhof (very well connected with trams 10, 11, 14, buses 61, 62, 63, and plenty of trains), warm up to the Andreastrasse, and do the intervals there.
The plan is to meet:

* At 19:10 in front of the lockers in Oerlikon Banhof to put your stuff in.
* At 19:15 in front of the lockers ready to run.

A brief reminder of what we ask if you plan to join Interval Training:

* Take RSVPing seriously and if you cannot come please cancel as soon as possible so that someone can take your spot. We will keep track of the no shows.
* Don’t come if you don’t have a spot, because it puts us in a difficult position and because it shows a lack of respect for people who didn’t come because there was no free spot. We will ask you to leave if you come without a spot.
* Try to bother the rest of the people in the street as little as possible. When warming up, for instance, always leave part of the track free so that bikes and other runners can also use the path.
