Join us for a nurturing women’s circle dedicated to honoring and closing out the year with intention and self-care. We invite you into a sacred space of connection, reflection, and renewal through a unique blend of conscious practices.
This is the place where you can let go of the expectations and pressures of everyday life. Together, we'll learn how to show up authentically and be witnessed in all our glory as women. We'll come together to honor the divine feminine energy and connect with like-minded women.
Here's what's on the agenda: breathwork, conscious dance and embodiment practice, gentle yoga flow, we'll also dive into journaling/intuitive drawing and sharing our thoughts and experiences with each other. Plus, prepare for some soothing sound healing with crystal bowls, Native American Style flute and sansula to nourish your soul.
Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and empowered to step into the new year with renewed clarity and strength.
